Passenger Questions

Q. How close are the Jet Centres to the aircraft parking areas?

A. All our Jet Centres at each location are located a short distance to the main apron. XLR staff meet all aircraft with one of our vehicles and deliver passengers to the Jet Centre.

Q. What is the arrival procedure when using the Jet Centre?

A. When arriving at any of our Jet Centres our staff will be ready and waiting to receive you from an hour before the flight departure time. There are warm comfortable lounges for you to relax in prior to departure or you are welcome to arrive and simply be boarded directly on to the aircraft.

Q. What time should I arrive for my flight?

A. We would advise arriving 15 minutes prior to your flight for private aircraft or those operating under 10T in weight and 30 minutes for those on charter and over 10T in weight due to formal procedures that have to be adhered to such as check in and security processing.
